Lifestyle coaching helps people improve their overall lifestyle habits, which include the areas of nutrition and fitness. I work with individuals, couples, or entire families in order to empower them to make long-term changes that will positively affect their health. I also teach my clients to build self-efficacy and skills which can be used long after they leave their coaching sessions with me.
